Returns & Exchanges

It is important that upon delivery you review the entire contents of your order to make sure that it is acceptable. Installation constitutes acceptance.


We want you to be completely satisfied with our product but if you're not, we make returns easy.

If you're not happy with what you've ordered or if you have left-over product, you may return any un-used product within 60 days of receipt for a replacement or complete refund of the product cost without any restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or was otherwise not correct due to our error. We strongly recommend that you order samples before placing a larger installation order.*

 Custom Orders are non-refundable.

The product you are returning should be packed in its original container with enough packing material to keep it from moving inside the box during transport.  Enclose a copy of your order.   We must receive the product in new, resalable condition in order to provide a full refund or replacement (insurance is recommended).
