Free Shipping:
Modwalls® offers FREE UPS Ground Shipping in the Continental US on all in-stock Orders Over $299.00. The Free Shipping Option will show automatically in your Shopping Cart and during Checkout when your order is over $299.

Please note: The minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping has increased from $200 to $299 as of April 15, 2010.

Free Shipping Details:

• All retail and trade orders in the Continental US, of in-stock products totaling over $299, not including tax, will qualify for free shipping. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or trucked by Commercial Carrier based upon the size and weight of the order.


• We offer Discounted Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, for orders over $299. The discount amount will be 1/2 of the UPS Standard shipping charge to your address. This is not automatic so if you are in one of these areas please call to place your order or continue through checkout with Free Shipping and we will email you with the actual shipping costs for your approval prior to shipment.


• Please note, shipping rates quoted for Canadian/International orders do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges also may apply. Modwalls will not be responsible for these charges.


• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge and may be selected during checkout. To calculate expedited shipping charges for the items in your cart, simply click on Shopping Cart and then in the Shipping: box, enter your Zip Code and click Calculate Shipping. Use the pull down box to see the expedited shipping options and associated cost.


• Sorry, we cannot ship UPS or truck by Commercial Carrier to a Post Office Box.


• Only credit cards issued from a US bank will be accepted.

Returning product purchased with Free Shipping:
If your order was over $299 and you received free shipping, the actual shipping charges associated with your order will be deducted from your refund.

General Shipping Info:

• We ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days of receipt of order and payment.


• Shipping methods include UPS Ground as well as expedited UPS shipping for faster delivery.


• USPS Priority Mail transit time is 2-3 days to anywhere in the US and is available for orders weighing less than 5 lbs.


• Retail and trade customers within driving distance of our Aptos, CA warehouse may schedule a pickup time by calling 831-439-9734.


• Business days include Monday through Friday, except holidays.


• For items shipped by UPS Ground, there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. UPS Saturday delivery is only available with UPS Next-Day Air or 2nd Day Air.


• Instead of filling our packages with Styrofoam “peanuts”, we use the new sustainable product called ExpandOS. ExpandOS are completely recyclable post consumer use. Just put them in with your newspaper or cardboard box recycling bin and help save our landfills. They can also be used as a fun kids’ building block!
  

Samples:

Samples are shipped by default via Free USPS Priority Mail with 2-3 day service anywhere in the Continental US. You may override this default option and select expedited UPS shipping for an additional charge. Changing the shipping of a Sample Order from Free Shipping to USPS Priority Mail will cause you to pay for shipping and not change your the delivery time of your order.

Shipping Rates: Our site calculates your shipping charges before you finalize your order. To calculate the shipping charges for the items in your cart, simply click on Shopping Cart and then in the Shipping: box, enter your Zip Code and click Calculate Shipping. Our site shipping estimator has been configured to be as accurate as possible, and we do not intend to make a profit on shipping charges. When shipping your order via UPS we will email your tracking number when your order is shipped.
