Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with our product but if you're not, we make returns easy. If you're not happy with what you've ordered or if you have left-over product, you may return any un-used product within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or complete refund of the product cost without any restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or was otherwise not correct due to our error. We strongly recommend that you order samples before placing a larger installation order.*
Returning product purchased with Free Shipping:
If your order was over $200 and you received free shipping, the actual shipping charges associated with your order will be deducted from your refund.
It is important that upon delivery you review the entire contents of your order to make sure that it is acceptable.
Installation constitutes acceptance.

The product you are returning should be packed in its original container with enough packing material to keep it from moving inside the box during transport. We must receive the product in new, resalable condition in order to provide a full refund or replacement.
