We ordered two very different products: a Brio custom (3/4” x 3/4”) blend, and the Lush 1” x 2” Santa Monica blend. From the start, I received great service from the Modwalls staff. We ordered numerous samples, and they worked with us to be sure that as many samples were sent out at the same time as was possible, and that they would arrive on time. Beyond that, they were even able to expedite our Brio custom blend to be sure it got shipped to meet our installation timeframe. It was a matter of chance of a particular person being in the office that day, from my understanding, but I was overjoyed that they were able to assist us. In regards to the Lush blend, you’ll note I have no negatives, these tiles are beautiful and simple to install. We used a wet saw to cut the edges as necessary, and the result was very little chipping, resulting in very clean lines on the ends. Installation was a cinch, and the mesh backing on these tiles made spacing and thinset absorption (seating the tiles) very easy. Did I mention they are beautiful, and the 1” x 2” size is perfect for bathroom backsplashes?

This tile is absolutely stunning. We used it for our kitchen backsplash and it definitely gives the kitchen its "wow" factor. The tile installer told me it's the best glass tile he's ever worked with and asked where I purchased it so he could pass the information on to his other clients.
