The product is fantastic! We have lot's of good pictures. It would be good to have better installation instructions. 4 trips to home depot for advice I'd rather not do, but the end results are great.

I first heard about Modwalls through an ad in my Atomic Ranch magazine. I thought they might have the unique type of tile I was in search of for the backsplash in my mid-century modern kitchen re-do. One click on their website and I was blown away by the beautiful selections of tile. I knew if I couldn't find it here, it didn't exi...st. I orderd a couple of samples so I could see firsthand the color and quality and within a couple of days, the samples were sitting in my mailbox. That was my first clue that I was dealing with a company who put customer service very high on their priority list. I ultimately selected the Big Sur glass tile and proceeded to place my order. I changed my mind about a dozen times as to where to have the order delivered (due to the size and weight) and each time I emailed Sarah with my "new" address, she always responded with good cheer and a "no problem" attitude. The tile has been installed in our kitchen and it will forever be the wow factor in that room. Everyone who sees it for the first time is awed by it and asks where I found such unique, beautiful tile. I never hesitate to tell them - MODWALLS! Our installer indicated that he's installed a lot of tile and knew high quality tile and this....this was high quality tile. All through the process, customer service ranked as Priority One with Modwalls. If you're reading this review to determine if this is a company with whom you want to do business, then order with confidence. Modwalls will not let you down and you can be guaranteed that what you order will be exactly what you want.

Unfortunately, the beautiful tile we received from modwalls was poorly installed and now we have to demo the entire bathroom. We hired a contractor who wanted to use epoxy grout. Well, that is fine, if you know what you are doing. Not only do we have epoxy resin smeared all over our shower and walls, we are also dealing with uneven cuts, and uneven walls and floors. We have received so many compliments on ‘the concept’ and many have complimented how much they like the modwalls tile we chose as an accent. We are first time homeowners and this is our first experience with a remodel. We will learn from our mistakes in hiring this contractor but it breaks my heart that we will soon be taking a sledgehammer to the tile. So, with that being said, we will be placing another order with you. Your product is beautiful and the shipping and service was no-fuss. We looked forever to find the right tile for our kitchen backsplash. Once we saw this, my husband and I were sold! It was easy to install and gives the kitchen a beautiful and fun accent. We are so happy with this tile. Everyone that walks into our kitchen is wowed by the tile!

I was a bit skeptical when I ordered but the combination of the black countertop, the Big Sur blend and the Cloud subway tile is fabulous. It all works beautifully with the cream cabinets and "springtime" green paint.
