Great modern look!

We found this tile in Atomic Ranch magazine. We have a new home but with a mid-century style. Our kitchen was dark because it is in an alcove. We needed to lighten it up. The Lush 1 X 4 Cloud was just the trick for the backsplash! We installed it under the cabinets along with some LED under cabinet lighting. The kitchen looks great! We also did a feature wall in the kitchen -- a narrow tall wall that is only 2 feet wide. We put the tile on there. We feature a mid century clock on the wall as well. Great look! One caution -- order more grout than you think you need. It may just be our walls but the grout seemed to just absorb. We are greatly pleased with the tile.
Tile Backsplash for renovated kitchen in historic 1930’s NM adobe house

We absolutely love the tile. It is the absolute complement to our recently renovated kitchen in our 1930’s adobe house. The house is on the national register of historic houses in America, so we wanted to be very careful in our selection of all materials used in the renovation. We finished the primary renovation in 2007, but never found locally a glass tile that would fit our remodeled kitchen as the backsplash. Finally, in 2009, I discovered Modwalls on the internet. One look at your example backsplashes of Lush Cloud tile and both I and my wife said, “that is the look we want.” We are even more satisfied with the look after the installation (see photo’s). Given the recent economic downturn, it took a little longer than expected to have the tile delivered. Nevertheless, Modwalls was very attentive in their service and provided us with the tile we wanted at the earliest possible moment. Thank you so much.
Great product, great service, friendly people!

Cloud was my first color choice, but I opted for a very, very pale green version of the 1x4 glass tile because Cloud was out of stock - apparently it flies out the door as soon as it's available (hint - plan ahead!). It is awesome and even though Cloud was my first choice, the "Light Surf" variant that I bought (no longer available, apparently) is just perfect. My remodeling contractor wanted me to deal with a local tile supplier and was dubious about what I was going to get from a far-away vendor on the Internet. After he finished installing it, he stood back and shook his head and said "this is better than sex." I had ordered too much for my application. One call to Modwalls got me a return authorization (return freight and insurance at my expense as you'd expect) and my credit card was almost immediately reimbursed. In my case, the Modwalls tile cost was about 30% less than the "contractor" price for similar (at best) quality from a local vendor, and the local vendor wanted tax and shipping on top of that. I had ordered enough that shipping was included with my Modwalls order, and I returned so little of it that the shipping discount wasn't affected. These are great people with great products that you just can't find out there elsewhere. It looks as good or better in person as it does on the website. Highly recommended!
Love my 1x4 glass tile!

This tile is extremely easy to work with, and provides a nice clean-lined look to my kitchen. I used it in a straight grid pattern. Everyone comments on it! Service from modwalls was excellent. I spoke with a representative on the phone who gave me great ideas and instructions for installation. The delivery was speedy quick, too. It is important to keep in mind this is a natural product; and orders should be checked carefully…there were definitely some sheets that arrived with small flaws, but I easily omitted those tiles during installation and I had ordered extra to cover the gap. Overall I am extremely happy with my backsplash and loved the modwalls website and ordering experience. It was great to finally find a company that fit my style!
